Battlefield 3 Easter Eggs

There are numerous easter eggs to be found throughout all the multiplayer online maps in Battlefield 3.

Here are some of the fun little things:

Map: Operation Metro - Mode: Rush

A newspaper called DiceTime with headline "Battlefield 3 Rocks!" can be found in the park. Next to it, is an advertising board displaying Battlefield 3 image.

At the third objectives, near the M-COM stations, there is a photo booth that allows you to take photos.

The scrolling text on the M-COM stations' screen is the lyrics to an old Swedish song called Värmlandsvisan.

At the first objectives, at the playground, there is a little sand castle with Norway and Sweden flags on top of it. For those of you that don't know, this is the same sand castle that had previously been appeared in other Battlefield series.

At the third objectives, near the M-COM stations, you can find a yellow "Runner Bag" resembling the messenger bags used in the Mirror's Edge game which is also developed by DICE.

So there you have it! Now pick up your controller and find the easter eggs yourself.

Sid In Toy Story 3

Sid in Toy Story 1

I just realized that Sid Phillips - the evil kid from Toy Story 1 - makes a brief appearance in Toy Story 3. He is now grown up and working as a garbage man. Sid appears twice in the movie. First, when he comes to pick up the trash from Andy's house and second, right after Woody and the gang escaped from the incinerator near the end of the movie.

Although I can't get a clear good look from his face cause he was wearing goggles and a big set of headphones, Sid is identifiable by the same black T-shirt bearing a white Skull that he wore during the first movie.

Yup, that's him!
